How to Contact Human Support?

Learn about how you can contact a live agent if you need any help or you're facing any issues with any of your Proxidize products.

If you're a Proxidize Business user, and help using your proxies, or if you face any issues, and would like to talk to a live agent, you can reach out to the Proxidize support team using the support widget available at the bottom right of your Proxidize Cloud dashboard as shown in the image below.

If you ever encounter any issues or need assistance with your Proxidize products, and your current plan does not include direct support, there are still ways to connect with the Proxidize team or access human support.

  • Post in the Community:
    Join our community forum at community.proxidize.com to engage with other users and receive support from community members and Proxidize team members.

  • Email Support:
    You can also send an email to [email protected]. While direct support might not be included in your plan, we will do our best to assist you or guide you to the appropriate resources.
