Account Assumption

Learn how to provide the Proxidize support team with access to your Proxidize product to troubleshoot the issue you're currently facing.

If you ever encounter any issues and your Proxidize plan includes direct support, you can use the account assumption feature to provide the Proxidize support team with access to your setup for troubleshooting. Here's how to enable the account assumption feature.

When you're logged into your Proxidize Cloud Dashboard, you can click on your initials on the top right of your screen as shown in the image below.

Once that's done, a dropdown list will appear, where you should click on "Account & Users", as highlighted in the image below.

You'll be able to see all the details regarding your account and the users you've created. You'll also find the 'Account Assumption' feature, which you can enable by ticking the box shown in the image below. This will allow the Proxidize support team to access your setup.
