How To Identify Your IP Addresses

This entry will offer a step-by-step guide on how to find your local and public IP addresses though both the Proxidize Dashboard and your router's web interface.

Identifying Your Local IP

  1. Identifying Your Local IP - Proxidize Dashboard

You can quickly identify the local IP of your host device by toggling the public IP toggle OFF in your "Device List" tab.

Once the toggle is switched off, you will start seeing your local IP under the "IPv4 Proxies" column (ignore the proxy port).

You can get the local IP of your hosting device directly from the "System Information" tab.

  2. Identifying Your Local IP - Router Web Interface

Please refer to this article if you are unaware of your router's IP address.

This will depend on the router's model you have at home/office. But the concept should be the same for all routers.

The screenshots provided are from the router we recommend, TP-Link AC1200.

    1. Log in to the router.
