Using Proxidize, you can create 4G or 5G proxies using mobile phones connected to your main Proxidize server via USB cables.
Note:
This is different from the Proxidize Android or Proxidize Portable apps as this method requires connecting to a Proxidize system.

DO NOT INSTALL PROXIDIZE COMPANION ON YOUR PERSONAL DEVICES. PROXIDIZE COMPANION IS LESS OF AN APP AND MORE OF A LAYER APPLICATION THAT TAKES CONTROL OF THE ENTIRE DEVICE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE PHONE FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE WHILE PROXIDIZE COMPANION IS ACTIVE ONLY INSTALL PROXIDIZE COMPANION ON DEVICES THAT YOU PLAN TO USE STRICTLY FOR PROXIDIZE.
How does it work?
Using mobile phones with Proxidize works simply via USB tethering and a new app we have created called Proxidize Companion.
Proxidize Companion effectively turns the phone into a USB modem and allows Proxidize to do its normal activity such as sending & receiving SMS, changing IP, etc.
How is this different from Proxidize Portable/Android?
Proxidize Companion is not an all-in-one proxy server like Proxidize Android/Portable is. Proxidize Companion is merely a companion to the full Proxidize system.
This is better in most cases because it allows us to utilize the connection of a mobile phone without the limitations of all-in-one solutions like Proxidize Android/Portable such as the increased consumption of data or the lower speeds.
How can I use it?
To use your mobile phone with Proxidize, all you need to do is download the Proxidize Companion APK and install it on your Android phone:
Then you can go ahead and install it on your Android phone, connect your phone to your Proxidize host machine via a USB cable that supports data transfer, and open the app.
You will see 2 apps named "Proxidize Companion". One of those is only the home launcher, and the second is the actual Proxidize Companion. The launcher app will replace your default launcher in order to start on reboot automatically.
Then grant the app all the requested permissions and enable USB tethering. You will then see the phone in your Proxidize device list.
