At Proxidize, we understand that flexibility is key when it comes to proxy configurations. One such feature that empowers our users in tailoring their proxy setups is the "Proxy Start Port" option. By default, the main proxies initiate at port 2000, but this starting port can be easily modified to align with your specific preferences.

Default Port Allocation:

Proxy Start port 1

- For HTTP IPv4 proxies, the ports will start at 2000 and will have the same range as specified in the settings.

- For SOCKS IPv4 proxies, the ports will start at 3000 and will have a range that is 1000 ports greater than the specified range.

- For HTTP IPv6 proxies, the ports will start at 5000 and will have a range that is 3000 ports greater than the specified range.

- For HTTP IPv6 proxies, the ports will start at 6000 and will have a range that is 4000 ports greater than the specified range.

Easy Customization:

To provide our customers with the utmost customization, we've introduced the option to modify the starting port of the proxies directly from the settings tab. Any adjustment made to the starting port will dynamically recalibrate the port ranges for all proxy types, ensuring seamless integration. Let's delve into an example to illustrate the simplicity and versatility of this feature.

Example Scenario:

Suppose you decide to change the starting port for HTTP IPv4 proxies from the default 2000 to 8000. The subsequent adjustments will be as follows:

- HTTP IPv4 Proxies: Starting at port 8000

- SOCKS IPv4 Proxies: Starting at port 9000

- HTTP IPv6 Proxies: Starting at port 11000

- HTTP IPv6 Proxies: Starting at port 12000

This intuitive feature empowers users to adapt their proxy configurations to match their unique requirements effortlessly.
