Proxidize Free Trials

Learn what the Proxidize Free Trial includes, who is eligible, and how to activate it from your dashboard.

What Is the Proxidize Free Trial?

The Proxidize Free Trial gives eligible new users a chance to test Proxidize before purchasing a paid proxy plan.

The trial lasts 7 days and includes 100 MB on each of these plans:

  • Mobile Per Proxy
  • Mobile Per GB
  • Residential Per GB

All three trial plans activate together. You cannot choose only one trial plan, split the trial across different dates, or start one trial after another.

For example, you cannot start a Mobile Per Proxy trial first, then start a Mobile Per GB trial after the first 7 days ends. Once you activate the Free Trial, the 7-day period starts for all included trial plans at the same time.


Before You Start

To use the Free Trial, you need to:

  • Sign up for a Proxidize account.
  • Log in at app.proxidize.com.
  • Use the parent account, not a sub-account.
  • Have no previous paid proxy subscription history.
  • Use a trusted email domain.
  • Access the dashboard without a VPN or proxy.

The Free Trial can only be used once.


Who Is Eligible?

The Free Trial is available for new users who have not purchased any Proxidize proxy plan before.

You may not be eligible if:

  • Your account has already used a Free Trial.
  • Your account has had a paid proxy subscription before.
  • You are logged in as a sub-account.
  • You are using a VPN or proxy when trying to activate the trial.
  • Your account uses a temporary or untrusted email domain.
  • A Free Trial was recently claimed from the same network.

Only the parent account can activate the Free Trial. Sub-accounts cannot activate it.


1. Start From the Landing Page

  1. Go to the Proxidize website.
  2. Click Start Free Trial in the top-right corner.
  3. Sign up or log in to your account.

After signing up or logging in, eligible users may see the Your free trial is ready window.

2. Activate the Trial From the Free Trial Window

The Your free trial is ready window appears only once after sign up or login.

From this window:

  1. Review the included trial plans:
    • Mobile Per Proxy
    • Mobile Per GB
    • Residential Per GB
  2. Click Activate Free Trial.

Once you click Activate Free Trial, the trial starts instantly.

The trial cannot be paused, restarted, or claimed again later.


If You Dismiss the Free Trial Window

If you close the window or click Dismiss, you can still activate the Free Trial from the dashboard as long as your account is eligible.

To activate it from the dashboard:

  1. Log in at app.proxidize.com.
  2. Look at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Click Start free trial next to the notification bell.
  4. Click Activate Free Trial.

The trial activates immediately.

    What Happens After Activation?

    After activation, the Products section will show trial access for:

    • Mobile Per Proxy
    • Mobile Per GB
    • Residential Per GB

    You can start using the included trial allowances during the 7-day trial period.


    Check Trial Time Remaining

    After the trial is activated, the Start Free Trial button is replaced by a trial status button that shows how many days are left in your trial.

    The trial status button disappears after the 7-day trial ends.


    Track Trial Usage

    To check your trial usage, open the dashboard for the specific plan you want to review.

    For example:

    • Open Mobile Per Proxy to check Mobile Per Proxy trial usage.
    • Open Mobile Per GB to check Mobile Per GB trial usage.
    • Open Residential Per GB to check Residential Per GB trial usage.

    Each plan dashboard shows the usage for that plan.


    Buying a Paid Plan During the Trial

    Buying any available Proxidize paid plan disables the Free Trial instantly.

    If you purchase a paid plan during the trial period, your account will move to the paid subscription and the trial will no longer continue.


    Important Notes

    • The Free Trial lasts 7 days.
    • The Free Trial includes 100 MB on each included trial plan.
    • All included trial plans activate at the same time.
    • The Free Trial cannot be paused.
    • The Free Trial cannot be restarted.
    • The Free Trial cannot be claimed more than once.
    • Sub-accounts cannot activate the Free Trial.
    • A previous paid proxy subscription makes the account ineligible.
    • VPNs, proxies, temporary emails, or recent trial claims from the same network may prevent activation.

    Troubleshooting

    Issue What to Check
    The Free Trial button does not appear Confirm you are logged in to an eligible parent account with no previous paid proxy subscription.
    You dismissed the Free Trial window Use the Start free trial button in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
    The trial does not activate Confirm you are not using a VPN or proxy and that your account uses a trusted email domain.
    A sub-account cannot activate the trial Log in with the parent account. Only the parent account can start the trial.
    The account already used a trial The Free Trial can only be used once per eligible account.
    The account had a paid plan before Accounts with previous paid proxy subscription history are not eligible for the Free Trial.
    Trial status is not visible Refresh the dashboard and check the top-right corner. The trial status button disappears after the 7-day trial ends.
    You cannot find usage totals Open each plan's dashboard to view usage for that specific plan.
    The trial disappeared after purchase Buying a paid Proxidize plan disables the Free Trial instantly.
