Learn when you may be eligible for a refund and how to submit a refund request.

Proxidize offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible subscription payments.

Refund eligibility depends on the product, payment date, total usage, and Proxidize’s Terms and Conditions.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date.

Eligibility depends on the product type:

⚠️ Important: The 10 GB usage limit applies to the total data usage across all proxies of the same product type.

For example, if you have 10 Mobile Per Proxy proxies and each proxy uses 1 GB, your total Mobile Per Proxy usage is 10 GB. In this case, you would not be eligible for a refund because the total usage is not under 10 GB.


Are renewals refundable?

Yes. Renewal payments may be eligible for a refund if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of the payment date and meets the refund conditions for the product.


What happens after a refund is processed?

When a refund is processed, the subscription related to that order is automatically cancelled.

After cancellation:

  • Any related proxies will be removed.
  • Any related GB will be removed.
  • Access connected to the refunded order will no longer be available.

Important: Requesting a refund is different from cancelling a subscription. If a refund is approved and processed, the subscription related to the refunded order will be cancelled automatically.


How to request a refund

You can request a refund in one of three ways.

Option 1: Request a refund through live chat

  1. Open live chat from the Proxidize website or app.
  2. Choose Billing & Payment.
  3. Select Refund Request.
  4. Fill out the refund request form.

Fill out the form with the required details and submit your request.

Option 3: Email Proxidize Support

Please include:

Detail What to provide
Order number The order number related to the refund request.
Product The product or plan you want refunded.
Reason A short reason for the refund request.

Follow-up questions

A Proxidize agent may send a follow-up email asking for more information.

This helps us review the request and improve the customer experience.


Refund processing time

Refunds are usually processed by Proxidize within 24 hours after review.

After Proxidize processes the refund, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

Once processed, a Proxidize agent will send a confirmation email. For card payments, the confirmation may include the last 4 digits of the refunded card.


 Crypto refunds

If you paid using cryptocurrency, refunds are handled using a USDT-TRC20 wallet address.

When submitting a refund request for a crypto payment, include your USDT-TRC20 wallet address.

After the refund is processed, a Proxidize agent will send a confirmation email containing the transaction hash.


Partial refunds

Partial refunds are handled case by case.

If you believe there was a billing error, contact Proxidize Support. Our team will investigate the issue and confirm whether a partial refund is available.
