# Limits and Specs

Every Proxidize proxy limit and specification in one place: coverage, protocols, ports, data, packages, rotation, sticky sessions and concurrency.

This page lists the technical limits and specifications of each Proxidize proxy product in one place.

Other pages link here rather than repeating these values, so this is the page to check when you need an exact figure.

{% hint style="info" %}
For prices, see [Plans and Pricing](/plans-and-features/plans-and-pricing.md) or the **Buy** tab of each product in the dashboard.

## Rotation and sticky sessions

| | Mobile Per Proxy | Mobile Per GB | Residential Per GB |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **How the IP changes** | Rotate button, rotation URL, API, or an automatic interval | New session name, or **Randomize IP** for a new IP per request | New session name, or **Randomize IP** for a new IP per request |
| **Rotation limit** | None. Rotate as often as you need | Not applicable | Not applicable |
| **Automatic interval** | No interval, 5 minutes, 1 hour, 8 hours, or Custom with a 1 minute minimum | Not applicable | Not applicable |
| **How long an IP holds** | Until you rotate, unless the ISP changes it first | Typically 1 to 4 hours per sticky session, depending on the ISP | Typically 1 to 3 hours per sticky session |

{% hint style="info" %}
**The ISP can change an IP at any moment.**

IPs are assigned by the mobile or residential ISP, not by Proxidize.

The ISP may change an IP at any time, for example because of network conditions at the assigned upstream device, the ISP's own policies, or other changes on its network.

The times above are typical, not guaranteed, so build your workflow to carry on if the IP changes mid-session.
{% endhint %}

Each rotation uses an available device that matches the proxy's location and ISP.

{% hint style="info" %}
For the smoothest rotations, choose a state or **Fastest** rather than a single city or ISP, so the proxy has the widest choice of devices.
{% endhint %}

On Mobile Per Proxy, what the proxy does next depends on its [Fallback](/mobile-per-proxy/location-isp-and-fallback-on-per-proxy.md) setting.

## Concurrency

Each product has its own concurrent connection limit, so heavy use of one product does not reduce what you can run on another.

If you reach the limit, Proxy Analytics shows **Thread Limit Exceeded** for the extra connections, and new connections go through again as existing ones close.

{% hint style="success" %}
Completing KYB raises your concurrency limit.
{% endhint %}

***

## Restricted use

Destination traffic is limited to ports `80` and `443`.

Some website categories are blocked for everyone, and KYB verification opens a few others. See [Proxy Analytics](/tools/proxy-analytics.md#why-a-domain-is-blocked) for the categories.

{% hint style="danger" %}
Customers and companies based in sanctioned countries and regions cannot purchase or use Proxidize products.

The proxies also do not work when the device connecting to them is in one of those countries, even if your account is elsewhere.
{% endhint %}

See the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://proxidize.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy/).

# Agent Instructions
This documentation is published with GitBook. GitBook is the documentation platform designed so that both humans and AI agents can read, navigate, and reason over technical content effectively. Learn more at gitbook.com.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.proxidize.com/reference/limits-and-specs.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
