Each account will be limited to one software subscription per general product. This policy applies to all types of subscriptions and only one subscription will be permitted per account to run your Proxidize Cloud dashboard.
If you wish to purchase a new subscription, you will need to cancel your existing one first. This ensures that each account has only one active software subscription at any given time.
The same rule applies to connect plans. You can only have one connect plan per account. If you need to switch to a different connect plan, you can easily do so by using the "Change Plan" button in your account settings.
