Modems Fail to Appear After Upgrading the Proxidize Subscription

This behavior can be seen after upgrading the Proxidize Subscription since it would not be synced with our databases immediately.

Restarting the Proxidize interface refreshes the subscription and ensures all the modems start appearing on the dashboard.


Here's a detailed walkthrough of how you can do that:

  1. Access the Proxidize dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the settings tab.
  3. Within the server section, locate and click on "Restart Proxidize interfaces" to initiate an immediate interface reset.
  4. Shortly after resetting, the modems should start appearing on the dashboard.


Please note that you only need to restart the Proxidize interface and not the entire Proxodize server. Restarting the interface would not cause any downtime for the proxies.
