Billing and Subscriptions Overview
Find the right guide for buying, managing, changing, or cancelling your Proxidize subscriptions.
This section helps you manage billing, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and purchases for your Proxidize account.
You can buy Proxidize products from the website or directly from the Proxidize app. After purchase, most billing and subscription actions can be managed from inside the app.

What can you do from the Proxidize app?
From the Proxidize app, you can:
- View your active and past subscriptions
- Buy proxies or subscribe to Proxy Builder plans
- Upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription
- Download invoices
- Pay after a failed payment
- Add or remove saved cards
- Update billing information
- Cancel a subscription
- View orders related to a subscription

Subscribing to a Proxidize plan
New customers can start from the Proxidize website by clicking Sign up for free or by going directly to:
After creating an account, customers can subscribe from either the website or the app.
At checkout, customers can pay using a credit/debit card or cryptocurrency. Coupon codes can also be applied during checkout.
Once checkout is complete, the proxies appear in the customer’s account immediately.

Managing subscriptions after purchase
After completing a purchase, your subscription will appear under Billing → Subscriptions.
From there, you can view the subscription status, related orders, next invoice date, price, quantity, and available actions.

Orders and invoices
Your orders are available under Billing → Orders.
From the Orders page, you can view order details and download invoices for paid orders using the PDF button.

Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, the subscription may be placed On Hold.
You can renew the subscription from the Subscriptions page or pay the related failed or pending order from the Orders page.

Payment methods
You can manage saved cards and billing information from Billing → Payment Methods.
The Payment Methods page supports card payments. Crypto payments can be selected during checkout.

Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel an active subscription from Billing → Subscriptions.
After confirming cancellation, the subscription will move to Pending Cancel and remain active until the end of the current billing period.
